Colombia Culture and Beach (Scheduled departure)

Day 1. Bogotá

Arrival in Bogotá, assistance at El Dorado International Airport, and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Accommodation.

Day 2. Bogotá – City Tour + Monserrate

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, the City Tour of Bogotá’s historic center, also known as "La Candelaria," will begin. You will visit the Gold Museum, where you can see around 34,000 pieces of pre-Hispanic gold and more than 25,000 pre-Columbian objects. Next, you will visit the Casa de la Moneda and the Botero Donation, showcasing works by the internationally recognized Colombian artist Fernando Botero in various artistic techniques such as painting, drawing, and sculpture. The tour will continue with a panoramic visit to Bolívar Square, including the Primate Cathedral, Nariño's House, Liévano Palace, and the Justice Palace. Finally, you will ascend to Monserrate. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 3. Bogotá – Visit to the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, assistance at the hotel and departure to the town of Zipaquirá, passing through the so-called "Sabana de Bogotá." Arrival at the Salt Cathedral of Zipaquirá, one of Colombia's main tourist sites, considered the first wonder of Colombia built 180 meters deep in a salt mine. Return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 4. Bogotá: Departure to Medellín + Guatapé & Peñol (Shared Service):

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to Rafael Núñez International Airport to take a flight (not included) to Medellín (flight must be in the morning before 9:00 am).

Upon arrival, reception at José María Córdova International Airport, and directly from the airport, we will begin our tour to the municipality of El Peñol, admiring the diversity of its architecture and visiting the replica of the original town, where you will get a glimpse of the colonial style. We will then head to the majestic Piedra del Peñol, a monolith standing 220 meters tall. The visit will continue to the town of Guatapé, famous for the decorative "zócalos" (bas-relief murals) adorning the houses. This part of the tour will be done by moto-taxi. Finally, we will see the Peñol and Guatapé reservoirs, where you can enjoy the contrast between green mountains and shimmering waters. In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Accommodation.

Day 5. Medellín: City Tour & Comuna 13 (Shared Service):

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, we will begin the City Tour and Comuna 13 Tour, visiting the main tourist sites of the city, such as San Antonio Park, San Ignacio Square, the traditional La Playa Avenue, Sculpture Park (which contains over 20 sculptures donated by Master Fernando Botero), Wishes Park, and the Atanasio Girardot Sports Complex, as well as the renovated Convention Center and the Macarena, the old bullring. Additionally, we will visit the traditional Pueblito Paisa. Afterward, we will head to the Poblado area to visit Poblado Park, Lleras Park, and the Golden Mile, the financial and hotel heart of the city.

The tour continues to Comuna 13, where we will see graffiti that highlights places marking historical moments. These murals have been created by various local artists, sharing stories that inspire hope. The tour ends with a visit to the iconic Electric Escalators of Comuna 13. Return to the hotel. Day 6. Medellín: Departure to Cartagena (Shared Service):

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to José María Córdova Airport to take a flight (not included) to the city of Cartagena (this flight should be after 3:00 pm). Upon arrival, reception at Rafael Núñez International Airport, transfer to the hotel for check-in and accommodation.

Day 7. Cartagena – Full Day City Tour + Rum Tasting

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, begin a panoramic tour in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Discover the magical history of Cartagena de Indias with a climate-controlled transport. Accompanied by a bilingual professional guide, our tour includes a panoramic visit to Cartagena Bay, the Pegasos Pier, the Public Clock Tower, and the Manga neighborhood to appreciate its Moorish and Republican architecture. You will also visit the impressive San Felipe de Barajas Fortress. Immerse yourself in the charm of the historic and walled city, with stops for craft shopping and a walk through the streets and plazas full of history, including the Church of San Pedro Claver and the Santo Domingo bastion. Next, we will explore the history of Getsemaní, which began as the first suburb where slaves, servants, and merchants lived. This neighborhood holds the history of a city known throughout the Caribbean as the main port, where the African legacy is still felt. In this experience, you will learn the meaning of the curious street names and the more than 20 murals that adorn the walls and facades of the houses in this area. At the end, enjoy the rich and golden fruits of Colombia's finest liquors with a special master class that fits perfectly into your program. This complete workshop will transport you from the bar stool to the coast and mountains of Colombia with a delicious selection of national rums and chocolate. A deep immersion into Caribbean rum culture, filled with historical and contemporary knowledge about the idiosyncrasies and culinary traditions of Cartagena and the Caribbean.

Day 8. Cartagena – Full Day Rosario Islands: San Pedro de Majagua

Breakfast at the hotel. At the agreed time, transfer to the dock for a speedboat ride to the Rosario Islands. San Pedro de Majagua is located 45 kilometers southwest of Cartagena de Indias, on Colombia’s northern coast. These 28 small islands form an archipelago with coral banks, where the magic of its crystal-clear waters and small coral beaches make it the perfect spot for relaxation and rest. Enjoy an unforgettable experience at San Pedro de Majagua.
